Try every feature free for 7 days before you buy. If Ganella still isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Later requests are reviewed case by case.

How to ask

Email contact@ganella.app from the address you used at checkout, with your order number or license key and a few words about what went wrong. You can also reply to your Paddle receipt, as Paddle handles returns as the Merchant of Record.

What happens next

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. The refunded license stops working on all Macs.
